„Donna responded quickly to all questions from me in the rental phase. The property was very clean and everything worked except one TV remote. All it needed was batteries. Donna told us where the spares were, problem fixed. The only problem I had was with the VRBO app. You can't receive or give phone numbers with your host. The app translates any number to xxx-xxx-xxxx and forces you keep sending VRBO messages. It also translated the time in my exit message to Donna and deleted my next ...
