„The food was below my expectations and unfortunately gave me an upset stomach. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel needs to immensely improve. Too much dust is gathered everywhere in the room. Really disappointed by the fact that Shangrila is a worldwide recognised brand, but could not provide clean and comfortable rooms. Location is troublesome, in the middle of nowhere. However, the service was hospitable and kind. “

"Zum wiederholten Male Shuttle Service zur Abholung am Flughafen hat nicht funktioniert- Ankunft 04:35 und Ankunft am Hotel 6:50. So langsam kommt das Hotel auch in die Jahre… Einrichtung sehr abgenützt und notdürftiges Equipment wie Föhn, etc. Seit 16 Jahren hat sich nichts verändert bisschen Farbe und neue Möbel müssten doch drin sein? Mindestens passende WC - Deckel zur Schüssel …."
