The only problem was that the entire Skardu town had wifi problems and electricity shortages. Hotel had generators to cope with the situation. The hotel said that local government is trying to solve it. The only workable sim card for phone was S-com but even that was on and off depending on the terrain. So be wary of that. Of course it was not hotels fault. ...

„We had a wonderful stay at Offto. Its location was quiet, yet accessible to the local village. We cannot praise enough the staff at Offto, as everything we requested was attended to immediately. We had a clean upper accommodation with a grand view of the mountains. A bit of an uphill walk, but a driver was available day and night to drive us to the upper level.
