„Zimmer war sauber, allerdings musste ich für den TV und Safe ein Techniker bestellen. Frühstück war wie gewohnt super. Das Personal war sehr gemüht.“

„bis auf die Abzocke mit dem Taxi ein ordentlicher Aufenthalt“

„Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control. I have stayed at many Ramada hotels, this is definitely the worst one. This place is ruining Ramada’s reputation. the breakfast was below ...

„The photos & details mentioned in the hotel's listing are misleading & incorrect. The property is in desperate need of maintenance, from the reception area to the rooms, bathrooms, and swimming pool. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing and fell well below basic hospitality standards. There were no lights in the corridors, the bathroom ceiling was in poor condition, the room's air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the swimming pool was not operational. Although ...

„Its good“

„Overall: 2 stars I’ll try to be unbiased and just state the facts of my experience. Don’t trust the 4 and 5 star reviews. At check in, the reception member took 7 phone calls during our check in rather than attending to the 2 people in front of him. Staff were generally unapproachable and rarely smiled. The room was clean and nicely furnished, but the mattress was rock solid and hurt my back. The WiFi was essentially non existent. The pool had highly restricted hours and we were told to leave ...

„The photos on Expedia bore little resemblance to the actual property. The hotel was in a poor state, with rats, cockroaches and ants present, and the pillows and bed sheets were stained. On my first night, a hotel staff member claimed there was an issue with my booking and that Expedia had contacted them to collect additional money from me. I contacted Expedia immediately and was told that my booking was fine and that they had never contacted the hotel. When Expedia attempted to call the hotel ...

„Excellent service“

„the staff was not able to confirm that I left the hotel earlier than planned (discussed unnecessary). Wifi code was not valid during the stay as I had to ask the code every day. My room was alway smelling after cigarette very intense. It was very loud every evening / early morning music (Dhol). It wasn't pleasant during the stay.“

„Staff were extremely helpful with our bags and all other information we enquired about. The room was clean and general toothbrush, paste etc were provided. Yes coffee facilities, but we didn’t end up using it. Bed super comfortable and the sheets were super fresh, the stay was very comfortable. I was very surprised at the quality. The restaurant below which also does the room service in the rooms, absolutely fantastic, fantastic quality and the pricing very reasonable, the coffees were great ...

„The staff was helpful but hotel I didn’t find much clean and there’s no kitchen in hotel also if you’re planning for breakfast and all.“

„Tudo muito simples, mas OK“

„Cleanliness was below average (bed, bathroom and floor). Staff was not helpful. They don't give you more than one key even if there are more than one people staying in the room, citing security reasons, which is absurd. They gave only two bath towels and one hand towel, though the reservation was for 3 people. Breakfast was terrible, it was not included and we paid at the time of reservation. Also, if you want to order coffee (room service) in the morning, they dont have staff, so they refused. ...
