„Really nice property and small mountain home. Very good communication with property owner throughout the process. Very clean and well laid out house with everything you need for a wilderness vacation. The only thing to keep in mind is that the gravel driveway is incredibly steep. I have an AWD car and didn’t have any issues. If you have a 2WD car you just need to give it a lot of gas to get up there with rolling momentum. The road directly in front is still blocked off from going to Hot Springs. ...

„This place was so cozy and perfect!! Absolutely everything you need, clean, quiet, super easy to get to, just exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 on the house. The owner was super communicative and so nice! I feel they would have been very accomodating to anything we made a serious demand about. They even gave us a lovely little handwritten welcome note and goodie basket!! A word of warning about the grounds though: we walked up to the firepit area you can see in some of the listing photos ...

„The Delightful Cottage truly lives up to its name! However, I’ve seen no mention of the lovely front porch. The porch is wonderful, looking out on the mountains in the evening, surrounded by beautiful flowers. When the sunsets the action starts with the thousands of fireflies. A wonderful place to relax. “
