„Located in a quaint, tiny mountain town that is fighting back after being decimated by last year’s hurricane, Old Marshall Jail Hotel is a hidden gem. Despite the downstairs, including the currently closed restaurant, being under major reconstruction, the second floor and our room was perfect. Combining rustic, old world charm and history with modern design elements, the river view room was incredible. The owner’s own pottery was a highlight. „The room was well appointed, very clean, with a very comfortable bed, The hosts were very thoughtful in having coffee, bottled water, iced tea, soda and juice available in the dining room 24/7. The complimentary continental breakfast was convenient and offered a wide selection of breakfast items including fruit, yogurt, muffins, toast, danish, granola with toppings, instant oatmeal and more. There was a lovely private, comfortable patio area which I definitely enjoyed.“
