„Room a bit noisy and smelled of smoke, otherwise everything was ok“

„Zimmer und Bettbezüge waren nicht sauber!“

„Staff-friendly & helpful. Breakfast okay, the coffee was very good though no coffee or coffee pot in the room. Air conditioner was efficient not noisy, not real loud but audible. Bathroom was spotless. I’m not a fan of all the liquid soaps, they could be tampered with. The small hand soaps are usable and disposable, bing them back. For what a room rate cost for a nite I would think that those little soaps should be available. My biggest gripe is that upholstered chair which was dirty ...

„Village Inn Springfield provided a solid, reliable experience for a quick stopover. The check-in process was fast, simple, and hassle-free. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable;when we mentioned needing a bit of ambient noise to fall asleep, they kindly brought a box fan right up to our room. That level of thoughtful hospitality really stood out. The room itself was fairly average in terms of décor and amenities, but it was clean, quiet, and contained ...

„The room wasn't really clean. The bed cover and the curtains had to many burnholes. I asked the cleaning guy to get a new bedcover. When I got back in the evening, nothing was changed. I got pics as well.“

„the stag were very friendly and helpful“

„Great location and staff very helpful“

„Sehr schönes Hotel mit ansehnlicher Lobby. Alles super.“

„What a unique, fun place to stay! My kids and I stayed here while visiting my niece at OSU. Our retro-design room was big, with a kitchenette, bunkbeds for my young adult kids and a comfy king-sized bed for me. A little trailer near the hotel office serves really good coffee and breakfast. The hotel is in the downtown area, near fun shops and restaurants. Everything is clean and the staff is friendly and fun. We’ll definitely come back!“

„Great price.“

„The worst motel we stayed in ever “

„Sehr unpersönlich. Autobahn. Personal unpersönlich“
