My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments ...

„Very good shape of hotel, despite it is not new any more. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, even if you have loud neighbours. The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open, the view is gorgeous.“

„Ich blieb 3 Tage im Hotel während meiner Geschäftsreise und bin völlig begeistert von der besonderen Atmosphäre des Hauses. Habe geräumiges Doppelzimmer gehabt, es fehlte an nichts. Im Restaurant werden sowohl europäische als auch kasachische Köstlichkeiten serviert, zwar teuer, aber richtig gut. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr grosszügig, der Pool ist 25 meter lang(!), die Spa-Anwendungen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist kompetent und stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
