„The staff at Tru are exceptional. They go above and beyond for guests. I had one staff even bring orange juice and apple juice to our room for breakfast because my hands were full. Even though it was a chaotic weekend with the Holman Reunion, they still managed to keep the environment all-guest friendly by enforcing quiet time and keeping it clean. Great job!!“

„Bedbugs/Bettwanzen Leider musste ich um 1:30 feststellen, dass ich Bisse im Nacken hatte. Habe sofort mein Gepäck in Sicherheit gebracht und geduscht. Danach bin ich auf die Rückbank meines Autos umgezogen. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich den Hotelmanager zur Rede gestellt. Ich hatte gefordert, dass ich mein Geld zurück will. Ich habe es bis heute noch nicht.“

„Location was a little frightening. It looked like a motel ftom the 50's or 60's. Bathroom was very small, no vanity just a sink( like you fine in a convenience store). Bed was very firm, not comfortable. It isn't a place I would stay at again. “
