„Clean room and polite staff. The spa was sup“

„Loved everything about this hotel, perfect“

„Everything was perfect. We had Dinner there as well and the food was excellent. Loved this hotel!“

„Very beautiful, great location just infront the park. There were no opportunities to hang clothes. Also hardly no hooks in the bathroom for towels. Our both shower cabin and sink were clogged, so that the water could hardly drain. We complained about it at the reception, but it hasn't improved. The breakfast is lovely, served in a very beautiful space and the service is very attentive. We wish there were more options for vegetables at the buffet.“

„Das Hotel ist sehr schön, was Lage und Erscheinungsbild angeht. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und auch frei von Lärm in einem Nebengebäude gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, dem Haus angemessen. Ankunft und Checkout waren problemlos, freundlich und schnell. Eine Änderung von seiten des Hotels war trotz mehrfacher Rückfragen nicht möglich, da die Suite mit Balkon bereits vergeben war.“

„The house is a charming old building, but relatively far away from the city center and the nearest restaurants. You have to walk a good 15 to 20 minutes to the center. The first room we got was spacious and had a nice view, but the heavy old curtains and the old seating furniture were so full of dust that I had trouble breathing. The bed frame was full of stains. We were finally shown two alternatives - in the basement, even though the hotel was perhaps only ten percent full. The room was dark ...

„Dumbleton Hall has undergone a huge multi-million pound refurbishment, and it shows. The finish combines beautiful finishes, sumptuous fabrics and age-worn character features which have been tastefully restored. The staff were all extremely polite and attentive, with the exception of one evening when we were left waiting to order drinks. The drinks were delivered and by way of an apology they were on the house. Things happen in any business but I do feel it's how these things are handled which ...
