„great stay great owner great location“

„Gary and Chrissy are WONDERFUL hosts. Property is relaxing. Amazing place to disconnect. Please beware, this is a working farm. You will be around animals. Including Chickens and Roosters. To my wife and I, this added to the charm of the place. The breakfast they serve as part of you stay is all fresh food from the land and delicious. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.“

„This cottage was the ideal place to stay for our visit. My family was in town for Cooperstown baseball. It was a great location, close to the fields, not far from town, but also secluded. All of the accommodations were very helpful since we traveled with a baby, a cozy home like feel. The host were very helpful and always just a text away.“

„It was easy to contact the host. Information regarding the house and procedures was clearly communicated. The house was comfortable to stay in and everything worked properly.“

„If you’ve got business in Cooperstown, considering the price and location—this place can’t be beat. Friendly hosts and serene property. Needs an outdoor area for guests that isn’t right in front of the owners house (20 feet away).“

„Great place to say for our trip to Dreams Park. “

„The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few ...

„While visiting Cooperstown for Baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremony we stayed at Abel’s Acres. The house was huge, clean, comfortable and the perfect setting for relaxing in evenings! Giant kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. Quiet area for enjoying nature and star gazing. Perfect place for family gatherings.“

„Judy was a fantastic host, and the property was clean, spacious and everything we could have wanted for our week in Cooperstown! All the extras provided like coffee, stadium chairs, and games for the siblings were excellent and much appreciated.“

„Family friendly but not Great for tall people.“

„Our stay at The Oasis was wonderful. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed - including paper products, garbage bags and all bathroom needs. The owners were super responsive and informative. The kids loved the pool, wiffle ball field and the firepit. “

„Amazing location and property!“
