„Overall, chain hotel taken over by a new owner. Minimal maintenance,“

„Liked the location of the property - close to Horseheads restaurants, etc.. Like others have posted, it can be a little difficult to locate in the dark, but once you've figured that out it's fine. Staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help out. The room was clean and everything functioned well. The fitness center isn't an actual fitness center, but if you need that you can make the short trek to Horseheads Planet Fitness. About a 20–25-minute trip to wineries at the south end ...

„The room has bad smell.“

„Overall a great stay in a very nice spacious up-to-date room. Really enjoyed it! Only minor complaint was a bit the cleanliness here and there like left hair in the bathroom. And I will never get used to paper tableware and plastic knifes at breakfast but that seems to be a very common thing. The breakfast area itself is very nice same as the food!“

„Super Hotel.

„people were extremely nice but room was very poor condition. bathroom very poor condition. nice staff just not a place i would stay again. the location is good, rooms need total renovation.“

„Needs updating“

„The people who work here are great and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Very helpful and kind. The room was a nightmare. The floors were disgusting, couch was disgusting, curtains were heavily stained and couldn’t even cover the full width of the window. Like the room was awful. Don’t stay here unless you plan on literally JUST sleeping in a bed and leaving immediately. Which is exactly what we did because it was also not refundable lol“
