The house is close to so many beautiful state parks for lots of hiking and swimming. Also close to Cornell’s botanical garden and ornithology lab. And near great breweries and wineries. The Finger Lakes are a wonderful vacation spot and our family really enjoyed having the Tate house as our home base.“

„Property is great to hang out with family. Conveniently located to access all nearby attractions. host is great to interact with. It would have been awesome if washer and dryer were part of the stay but no biggie. You just need to be careful when accessing the property in night as there are less lights on road. Rely on gps “

„Check In was absolutely seamless. The home was so perfect for our large group of adults and children of different ages. The older boys loved the pool table and the younger ones enjoyed the hot tub. We all enjoyed the beautiful fire pit and gorgeous lawn. The best part though was the incredible kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve wonderful meals. „Our extended multi-generational family really loved our stay at the Shangri Lodge. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, a well-equipped kitchen, a field for the kids & grown-ups to play in, and all of the fun amenities on the listing. The house is close to several State parks, the town of Ithaca, and the University.“

„Accommodations were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and included 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens which was a plus. Spacious, clean, great flow throughout the house. Our family enjoyed the many social/ living rooms, especially the library! Beautiful gardens and well tended grounds, the upscale interior and floor plan were well thought out. „Günstige Absteige, für eine Nacht okay. Haben erst ein Zimmer bekommen wo die ganze dreckige Bettwäsche abgezogen drinnen lag, wurden dann aber schnell in ein anderes überwiesen. War aber kein guter erster Eindruck und richtig wohl gefühlt hat man sich nicht. Frühstück sehr schlecht. Nettes Personal. “
