„I did not sleep very good the air conditioning was not working very good and the tub water would not drain very fast“

„no coffee pot in room“

„Clean and nice and dark to sleep“

„The host was amazing. He answered the couple of questions I had immediately. The place is so beautiful and peaceful. The sky at night is breathtaking from the hot tub. “

„The bathroom was small. The toilet sits really close to the wall so you are sitting against the wall if on the toilet. Shower is really small. I’m not a very tall or big guy and I couldn’t bend all the way over to wash my legs. A/C did not cool the bedroom. It only has one mini split and it’s in the living area with high vaulted ceilings. So needs another mini split in back of cabin or central air. There was dog food on the floor in the living room. And we had no dogs with us. So had to be from ...

„Cool place. Silence from the road noise was awesome.“

„We loved the cows! The house was amazing and in between the activities we did. We would recommend this property to anyone!“

„Great place to stay! Had almost everything you could need. I think the only thing missing was there were no coffee mugs. Had a nice hot tub and walking trail. Would highly recommend this property! “

„This is a nice quiet place not too far from UofA. The host communicated well and the place was great.“

„Such a fun and secluded spot in a great location close to Devils Den State Park. The new turf that has been added to the area around the pond and the mini soccer field was an unexpected bonus that our kids really enjoyed. The kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing and playing games on the turf. We stayed two nights and once we checked in we only left for a couple of hours to go to Devils Den, otherwise, there was enough to do on the property that the kids didn't want to leave. Great place and ...

„Everything was clean. The photos were accurate. The location was great, nice and quite. Numerous hiking trails and streams. Our first scheduled day the property was occupied. Apparently there was a scheduling overlap. This necessitated a hotel stay. The host was apologetic and gave us an extra day on the back end of our stay. Overall it was a great place for the family to spend time together. Would do it again.“

„We stayed in the Farmer's cabin and it was just perfect for our family of 4. This cabin is right beside a creek and it was so peaceful sitting on the rocking chair listening it. My kids loved the 2 loft areas, playing on the playground, and kayaking in the pond. The cabin was very clean, and cutely decorated. The owners thought of everything - step ladder to reach the taller cabinets, cooking & grilling supplies, basic pantry items, extra folding chairs, plenty of extra blankets, tv trays, ...

„We had a lovely stay. It was very peaceful and remote. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking and exploring Northwest Arkansas towns. The house is nicely decorated and well stocked.“

„Cabin was very clean and had all the necessities“

„We had a great time, enjoyed the view of the mountains and the peace and quite, very nice cabin and the setting, we will go back again in the fall, we had a awesome time, we would love to have a cabin like it.“

„Our family had a wonderful time! The host was very attentive and the place was amazing. The beds were the most comfortable beds. We were blessed!“

„This is definitely one of the best VRBO properties that I've stayed in. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is big with lots of counter space and stocked better than my kitchen at home. It has everything...even hummingbirds at the feeder outside the kitchen window. All of the beds have very nice mattresses and bedding. The den has lots of comfortable seating space. Bathrooms are super clean and well stocked. The outdoor space was my favorite part. There's plenty of seating, a ...

„The location is wonderful!! It is secluded and right on the river.“

„Connie was excellent and made everything easy. Its only 10 minutes to Devils Den St Park where we were supposed to be staying. There was just 2 of this and it was probably more space than we needed but it was nice to spread out. “
