Everything was provided for us to be able to cook and entertain ourselves. We had deer roaming around the fields next to us. It is an easy drive from Ozark. Make sure to stop by the Oark General store for breakfast or lunch. “

„Decided to try something different for a visit with our daughter at UArk and stayed in this adorable place away from the chaos of Fayetteville game day. It was just as described. Peaceful and quiet. Ken was an excellent communicator. About a 45 minute drive from Fayetteville, 10 of it on “mountain roads” Would suggest a car with sturdy tires. „The house was very nice, and clean. It is in the newer part of Fort Smith and quite peaceful. We had a small problem with the security “beeping” (due to an earlier power outage) when we first arrived, but when I made the issue known, Adeel had it handled promptly. Was easy to communicate with her. Good experience!“

„The Lazy Bear Cottage was such an amazing place to go and unwind from life’s daily routines. We were able to complete a 2000 piece puzzle of bears near a cabin. Thought it was very fitting. The atmosphere was just like it was described, very peaceful and very relaxing. This was the first time going to an Air B&B I was very pleased with the view of the mountains and the goats…lol. Patrick and Marina were awesome and very friendly. They made our stay very enjoyable. “
