„Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Leider ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Unser Zimmer war mit einem Queen-Bett und einem kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen ausgestattet. Es war so wenig Platz, dass man nicht einmal zwei Koffer aufmachen konnte. Wir hatten selbst in Chicago Downtown für den Preis ein größeres, besser ausgestattetes Zimmer. Eureka Springs ist ganz nett, aber übernachten würden wir nächstes Mal woanders“

The stall is friendly and easy to work with. The down fall is not having continental breakfast. However, they do have food options.“

„We were on bikes and the staff was very hospitable offering rags to wipe our bikes down when we needed them or just anything we needed a bike parking area for them would be a huge improvement there weee several places to eat within walking distance “

„My grandson & I loved Pointe West mainly because of the view. It's an older facility but very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the lake and the gorgeous sunsets. It fit our needs completely. I would definitely stay there again. “
