„The stay was amazing. The accommodations were great. It was clean. The beds were large and very comfortable. The views were fantastic and peaceful, a great place to reboot after a long stents. Bring plenty of food to cook and charcoal barbecue as there’s no need to leave the property we swam we fished. We played pool poker and told stories a better times. Ray was great and accommodating and very communicative. I highly recommend this place.“

„Many good things. A little challenging to find after dark but a nice river property. A bit of a stretch to accomodate 17 adults, but our grandchildren were amenible to sharing rooms and beds. Six bathrooms were appreciated. A few minor suggestions - the gas stove front right hand burner didn't stay lit, the west door to the deck doesn't lock, some of the written instructions need to be updated i.e. one place it said to take the trash to the yard recepticals and another said there was a 50 ...

„We loved our stay. Very quaint and clean cozy. Nice view and very convenient to Eureka Springs and Roaring River and lake. I give it a 10 but did not like the pet policy of having to keep my dog off furniture. I feel like when you bring your dog and your dog is used to being on furniture at home then it should feel at home on vacation as well. Either a place is pet friendly or it’s not. Just my opinion. But the place is great for a getaway and the host Aspen was great!“

„This property is in such a beautiful setting! You really feel like you are the only people out there! The lake is also secluded and peaceful! The houses are very accommodating and so much space for people so you won’t feel crowded! Highly recommend! “

„This is a fabulous property. The location was secluded, relaxing and safe. Our family truly enjoyed the house and all ot had to offer. The hottub was lovely for relaxing in the evening and even on a rainy day. The hosts provided everything you possibly need. This has bee. One of our favorite properties and we would definitely stay here again. “

„Stayed in Studio #2, the room was great, the bed was super comfortable, bathroom was large, everything was super clean, the grounds are beautiful and everything is definitely walking distance and you will love that and having on site parking. Parking everywhere else charges you and is difficult to find. Very pet friendly but clean up their mess!! So many things to do and beautiful scenery. We would absolutely stay again. “
