„Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! Thank you to our host Chris for the timely responses, we had a perfect 4 day adventure!“

„We would definitely stay at this house again!“

„Clean with all necessary amenities. The inside was gorgeous. Outside a little shabby but we didn’t mind a bit.“

„I think this our fourth trip to this amazing property. We always have a terrific and relaxing time. It’s so quiet and secluded that we feel like we are the only people for a hundred miles. However, if we need to run out to get something from the hardware or grocery stores, it’s just a short drive. The owners are always quick to respond to messages and the house is always clean and ready for us.“

„Very beautiful spot and a beautiful Home“

„If you are looking for a peaceful place to recharge your batteries and be surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place for you“

„great place we will definitely be back in the future“

„Great spot for the whole family! We made awesome family memories around the fire and swimming by the nearby river. We had plenty of deer visits on the property. Lots of good hiking around the area. The house is well equipped for kids of all ages. Plenty of bathrooms and a fantastic kitchen setup. We really had an incredible week and hope to come back!“

„We were thrilled as soon as we walked through the door. The property is immaculate. Interior is very new and updated. We have traveled a lot and it is the first time we have stayed somewhere that we would want to revisit regardless of any other lodging options. It is the first place we have felt comfortable and right at home. It is the first lodging where I was comfortable walking on the floors without shoes or slippers. It was as clean, if not cleaner than our home. No dust bunnies ...

„Absolutely beautiful! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids were always occupied and there was wildlife in the yard every single day we were there. Great place to relax and enjoy your surroundings!“

„What a great rental in a MAGICAL place! The house was spotless, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook for our hungry crew. The kayaks and tubes for floating down the river were a fantastic benefit! We saw eagles and elk on walks from the house. We hope we’ll have the chance to come back!“

„This is a beautiful place to stay! Its quiet, and a lot of wildlife to see. We saw an elk, deer, painted turtle, some trout in the stream, and a grey fox(middle of the night) so many lightning bugs, and butterflies. This is a really nice, and relaxing property. We took walks, and saw maybe 4 people passing through on golf carts. The coffee bar was amazing, rooms are good, the bed we slept in was comfy. The owners really have a variety of games, if it happens to rain.“

„Charming home, owner is responsive for any issues and easy going, nature everywhere and beautiful landscape“

„This is an absolute perfect place to just relax and enjoy the outdoors. Deer were on the property every morning and evening, we even got to see a few bucks challenging each other. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. Very beautiful and peaceful place to reset!“
