„Our family had the best time! I have older teens and young adult children, and my mom with us and we didn't leave for our first 2 days here. Between fishing, kayaking, the swimming possibilities, and nightly game of Monopoly, this was absolutely perfect! We were here in mid July and a pod of dolphins spent one whole afternoon straight out from the pier not to far away. The only 1 thing that was "inconvenient" and I use that term loosely because we absolutely loved being away from the hustle and ...

„We LOVED the eclectic feel and the view!“

„Hubby and I celebrating our 35th anniversary. The location was private, quiet and mere feet from the water. The house was charming and exactly what we needed. We had fun exploring the Kitty Hawk and Virginia Beach area. The screen porch provided great protection from the insects while allowing the sounds of the water to lull you into relaxation. “

„Easy Breezy on the Albemarle Sound was everything we hoped for and more! If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded getaway, this is the perfect place. One of our favorite parts of the trip was catching crabs right from the dock, floating in the calm water, and taking walks in the sound. We even spotted turtles swimming in the canal, which was such a fun surprise. There was even a little frog hanging out in the trash container one morning—it made us smile and reminded us how immersed in nature we ...

„Cabin was perfect for a long weekend stay. A few more towels would have been nice for 4 guests. Would recommend a stay here. “

„Clean, cozy, comfortable with calming views of the sound. “

„Simple lodging on the ICW across from the Coinjock restaurant. Sit back and watch the dolphins and boats pass by.“

„This place is always perfect for us. Thank you!“

„Great off the beaten path home with plenty of room for 3 separate families“

„Okay the property is very expensive for the price that I paid. So definitely no go and will not suggest this to anyone. Additionally, the host is very polite on the face of it, but is really unfair when it comes to the problem solving. Like literally, the bathroom knob was broken and the host is like IDC if someone come into the bathroom while you poop.“

„everything was wonderful“

„Great location! Just a few minute drive to the beach.“

„They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there. There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site. The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes ...

„Tracy was an amazing host!! Beautiful property and very clean home! My husband and myself stayed here with our grandsons and look forward to staying here again in the future! Tracy allowed early check in which was very helpful for us. Plenty of space for parking . Very nice washer and dryer . The grounds beautifully maintained. Tracy left a bowl of snacks with a very nice card. Very peaceful backyard swing . We look forward to returning here next summer!!!“

„This property was comfortable and clean, with easy parking, and a quiet street. We chose it because of the balcony overlooking the water, we enjoyed sitting there in evening and morning, watching the boats go by.“

„We spent five nights and it felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciated laundry machines and the stocked kitchen so we could create meals together. The coffee shoppe gift card was a lovely touch!“

„Love seeing the wild horses and feeling like we were at home. Wonderful time.“
