„Great property- had everything we needed. Close to downtown Duck, yet far enough away where we weren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Easy access to Corolla and points South. Located on a private street with access to the beach, a quick 5 minute walk. The pool was a great escape when we needed a break from the hot sand. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need!“

„The cottage itself was cute and if properly cleaned and maintained it would have been wonderful. The floor/tiles in one bathroom were loose, in the other bathroom the floor felt "squishy" and there were multiple broken/cracked shelves in the shower. Two of the burners on the stove did not work and when using the stove/oven there was smoke. The window when opened to alleviate the smoke would not stay open. „Overall, it’s a great location, literally across the street from the beach, and it’s nice for a long weekend. The house itself is older and there’s no outdoor light to sit out on the porch, which was disappointing because it was hard to see out there at night. Secondly, there were lots of thorns from bushes on the rugs and dust when we arrived, which we took care of.“

„This was a wonderful house for 6 people. It was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the little touches such as dish detergent, snacks, and toilet paper. It was also very well located with an easy walk to the beach and to the boardwalk. We also really loved that it came with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels. We highly recommend this house!“

„Dog friendly 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Outdoor stairs easier for some to get to second floor. The spiral staircase inside is not ideal for people who may have mobility issues.
