„Guites Hotel in der City von Louisville!“

„After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit ...

„Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.“

„Die Mitarbeiter im Speiseraum waren sehr freundlich, die an der Rezeption jedoch nicht- ich fühlte mich nicht beachtet, nicht willkommen. Keine Empfehlungen, keine individuelle Begrüßung- nur Geld abziehen, Karte geben und that‘s it. Kein Preis / Leistungs Verhältnis. “

„Sehr sauberes Zimmer, sehr herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang mit tollen Tipps, Frühstück USA-typisch in Ordnung. Wir haben unser Auto in einer Public Garage ums Eck geparkt für 10$/24h.“

„Not outstanding, but some nice aspects to it Service staff very helpful and friendly“

„Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit “

„Alles ok super service“

„Breakfast could have been better in terms of choices.“

„Great price performance, clean and nice rooms. Nice reception lady. Changed my room due it was right next to the elevator. “

„Overall had a great experience. Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly. The amenity’s are surprisingly good! They had a good selection of food (breakfast and snack/dinner) included with the stay. Even had a mini bar you could buy for a night cap for a only buck. Overall was happy with our stay!“
