„Booked on-line. Arrived 30 min later @ 10pm. Had to check to see if there was actually a clean room. Not sure why they offer rooms if they don’t have any. Thankfully the room was available and clean. Took 30 minutes to track down their only luggage cart, so we could get our luggage to our room.

„Staff was excellent. I hope as time goes along they can invest in upgrading the room quality.
They do have a lot of people with semis or truck/trailer combos. I’d also suggest walking the front and picking up any nails bc those type of machines leave debris that can cause your tire to go flat in the streets there“

"After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts).
But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2*
