„I had a great stay. The ranch is nice and secluded with a Kaewah river branch passing right on the property. A nice little trail, and even a little bridge. The outdoor kitchen is fully stocked. The bathrooms are clean and have everything you need. The tents have a fan and a gas heater, towels and beds are pretty comfortable with nice warm comforters. I actually didn’t need the heater even though the temps dip into the 50s at night ( September ). Starlink internet is great and has great reach ...

„Bring earplugs &/or white noise. You’re sharing a home with the hosts, so sounds from their living area leak past interior doors. Kudos to them for being willing to share an attached dwelling with strangers — I don’t think I could! Other things to be aware of: You may be charged $25 extra if unable to check in at the appointed time. The short access road is bumpy, dusty gravel. Otherwise, all routes are paved. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. It was nice to meet their dogs and cats ...

Having complementary coffee and even instant oatmeal and bottled waters was a thoughtful touch. Overall, well appointed and peaceful.“
