„I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.“

„Was a very nice hotel. Room was okay. Door was hard to open and close. Key didn’t work everytime. Bed was so so. Felt like it was leaning to one side. Should have told someone but didn’t want to get kicked out or disrespected by staff. Check in was easy. Zoe was a phenomenal person and helped me with check in and was very friendly. All the other staff we encountered were not as nice and would not even speak to us. Breakfast was decent. Not much selection and most of the food was cold ...

„The front desk attendant was so professional, welcoming and helpful. Check-in was so smooth and he was very clear and detailed! When I asked about a certain product in the hotel store, he went out of his way to check every possibility and that made me feel awesome that he would do that!!! He actually acted like a manager! He was the very best!!!“

„It was a wonderful room and very clean. It had a full kitchen. The price was very reasonable.
I was shocked that there was no restroom in lobby. That's the 1st thing people need to do after a long ride but we had to wait to check in and use the restroom when we got in our room. But the room was VERY nice!“

„It was excellent. Wasnt there very long. In for daughters wedding so was at church preparing and such.
Staff helped out with checking in 2nd room I had booked for family member who was running late with little time to spare.“

„Oh my it was so wonderful ! I do wedding planning and have a lot of experience in overnight weekend stays . My husband and I booked Drury Inn for a quick getaway and we were so impressed . The staff was amazing ! We just come off of a week long vacay in Destin Florida and we were so impressed about everything the Drury offered us in comparison to a week long stay in Florida !!! We will definitely come again and we have already spread the word to stay stay here !! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“

„The bed was very comfy. If you do not like super soft squishy pillows then you may want to bring one from home. The breakfast had several options. There was complimentary dinner and 2 drinks for the night of check in. I am not sure if that was a special or regular thing there. Breakfast offerings were eggs sausage gravy biscuits waffles pancakes yogurt different fruit and bread options. “
