• Max occupancy: 8 guests. No exceptions.
• No smoking inside or on the deck. $200 fine + cleaning fees.
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. $200 fine for disturbances. Noise monitoring in use—tampering prohibited.
• No parties or gatherings. $500 fine + immediate eviction.
• Must be 21+ to book. Valid ID required.
• Return the key to the lockbox at checkout. Lost key fee: $200.
• Shares a property with the main house—please respect their privacy.
• Use of the home and amenities is at your own risk. We’re not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft.
• Pool & hot tub are open daily from 9 AM – 10 PM (seasonal & weather dependent). Pool is not heated. Hot tub is tablet-controlled inside the pool house.

Perfect stay!

The property and neighborhood are great! The views are awesome. Lots of wildlife to see. Just a hsort ride from everything you need, but far enough away to let go of it all for a few days.
