On the day of the arrival the front desk person that checked me and family in, was not careful with my personal information, he left the copy of the DL on top of the desk and the same time he was assisting another guest that she was having problems with the payment. No regards on keeping private information PRIVATE. We got to the room the door lock from inside did not lock, the next morning we told the other front desk about the lock and he said he will let maintanance person to see about it; which it never did. the room was clean. I took my shose off and the floors felt dusty and dirty, I also mentioned that the same morning to the front desk person and he said that if I wanted someone to clean the room I will have to pay, housekeeper goes to the room every 15 days but he was going to tell them to the room to do a light cleaning, if you go to a hotel you spect that the place is clean, also the hallways smell like weed and also the recpection area. 2 days later the A/C broke down we found out very late in the evening because we were out the whole day. They adivse us that there was nothing to do at night that we either we move to another room in the first floor (and we were in the 4th floor) or they can give us a fan. we chose the fan for the night, I have a 7 month baby I just can not get up and go. the next day the technicial went to the room and he said that we needed to move to another roo
