Casa del mar is a wonderful duplex.

On the upper floor you find a bright room with two single beds and private balcony with mountain view and the main room with double bed, bathroom ensuite and private balcony with sea view, perfect to sleep with the sound of the waves and wake up and drink the first coffee of the day with a beautiful view.

On the ground floor there is the third bedroom with two single beds and a view to the garden of the house, a full bathroom, a large storage room with laundry area, a spacious living - dining area and a kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

On the fantastic sun-kissed terrace all year round you will find a covered dining area, an area with sunbeds and heated swimming pool.
The house enjoys a beautiful view of the natural park of Los Ajaches and the ocean.
