The renowned Marina Rubicón in Playa Blanca can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot, where guests can explore a wide choice of excellent restaurants and bars set amid elegant yachts in a stunning marina setting.

Inside, the villa benefits from air-conditioning (coin-operated) in the lounge and all bedrooms, helping to maintain comfort throughout the year. The light-filled open-plan living area is ideal for unwinding, offering a comfortable sofa, two chairs, and a TV with an extensive selection of channels via internet TV. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering.

Casa Moda features three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two twin bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom, also fitted with a walk-in shower.

Outside, guests can enjoy partial sea views across the ocean towards the Marina. The electrically heated 7 x 3.5 metre saltwater swimming pool, accessed by ladder steps, is perfect for year-round use.
