Villa Elana is in the highly acclaimed newly developed area of Playa Rubicon, close to Marina Rubicon. There are 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the villa has a private heated pool.

Villa Elana is a modern 2 story villa with both bedrooms being upstairs. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and doors leading out to the upper terrace with its table and chairs from where you can sit and relax and watch the sun set.

The second bedroom is a twin room with ensuite.

Villa Elana is a modern 2 story villa with both bedrooms being upstairs. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and doors leading out to the upper terrace with its table and chairs from where you can sit and relax and watch the sun set.

The second bedroom is a twin room with ensuite. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units which can either be used as cooling, heating, dehumidifying etc (the A/c units work on a coin operated system). This room also has doors out to the upper terrace area.

Downstairs the kitchen has all the modern appliances you would expect in a modern property, that has been beautifully set out to make you instantly feel at home with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, glassware, cutlery and crockery; are all included. The kitchen has separate glass doors and shutters that lead straight out to the Bbq area.

There is a good size lounge with 2 comfortable sofas, and again air-conditioning, should it be required. When seated in the villa you can see out to the pool area and keep an eye on what is happening, or if you prefer there is a wide screen television to watch. The villa has satellite television with a good selection of channels. There's a Dvd player (DVD's not supplied) and the villa also benefits from Free WiFi internet access

Outside there is a South facing sun terrace with private heated pool. There is also seating for up to 6 people for those evenings in and around the Bbq.

From the villa's location it is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and just around the corner from there is the start of a magnificent promenade which offers fantastic views and tranquil walks along the front all the way through the Marina Rubicon with its amazing selection of bars, (Live music most nights) restaurants and shops. There is also plenty here to do with the kids, Mini golf, parks, the community swimming pool. and onto the centre of Playa Blanca.

In the opposite direction to the promenade are the world famous Papagayo Beaches which on foot will take about 20 minutes to reach

About a 5 minute walk from the villa is a Supermarket, and Taxi rank so shopping could not be easier for a self catering holiday.

This is an ideal location for families, couples or small groups of friends. It is close enough to all essential amenities not to make a car a necessity, but far enough away, not to be disturbed by any of the local night life.

Airport Transfers are available both Shared and Exclusive. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.


Car Hire. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.


Where To Eat. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambiance, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. A Welcome Pack consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.
