Close to both town and country, Sawyer Circle Chalet is the perfect setting for your vacation getaway to Winter Park. If you feel like a hike or a bike, the townhouse is just a few minutes stroll from the Fraser River and the Fraser River Trail, one of Grand Valley's most popular pathways. If you want to get a bite to eat or a drink, you can leave your car in the covered garage and walk just a few steps to Downtown Winter Park and its many restaurants, cafés, and bars. And if you're in the mood for one of Winter Park's many concerts or music festivals, you are only one block away from Hideaway Park and the Rendezvous Event Center.

While ideally situated for the many summer and winter outdoor activities offered by Winter Park, which has recently been voted as North America's #1 Ski Resort by USA Today Readers and Colorado's Top Adventure Town by Elevation Outdoors, you may not want to leave the comforts of home. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 half bath townhome is spacious yet cozy inside, with lots of natural light and lovingly decorated with warm colors. You may just want to snuggle up by the fireplace. Or, if you prefer, you can hang out on the balcony with a seating area for two or relax to your heart--and back's and legs'--content in a private hot tub on the back deck with mountain views.

The townhouse can accommodate large groups, of up to 8 people while providing a sense of privacy for all. The open floor-plan main floor, with a large, homey living room (with a fireplace and a 55" smart TV), a fully-equipped kitchen (featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances), a pleasant dining area, two balconies with seating, and a half-bath, is a perfect space to spend time with family and friends. Downstairs is the bunk room, with a queen-over--queen bunk bed, a 40” smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, the garage, and a hot tub. Upstairs are two king suites with comfy beds, en-suite bathrooms, smart TVs, the laundry room (with washer and dryer), and mountain views.

Valentine Weekend Ski Vaca

My husband and I took our 17 year old son and his two friends for their annual ski trip. Everything about 216 Sawyer was perfect! We loved every detail of our stay, and there was not one detail lacking in the home. So clean and cozy, loved the neighborhood, and the hot tub was a special amenity we so enjoyed!

Great location, great place to stay

Great location, very comfortable place to stay and relax. We will stay here again without a doubt. The hot tub, the garage and entry level mud room were an added bonus. Communication with host was excellent. Kitchen was missing a few essential pieces but it appeared they were taken over time as they were inventoried with labels in the cabinet, but we were able to make do with what was available. Overall easy, comfortable and relaxing experience even after skiing all day for several days. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great property with good proximity to red line for mountain access. Close to downtown and trail for walking dogs if necessary. Private hot tub is a huge bonus after a long day skiing.

Nice condo

Nice condo, management company was easy to work with for check in etc. unfortunately there is a lot of construction in the area and it’s loud even with the windows closed. No doubt once it gets cold and ski season starts things will settle down. Having said that when we go back to Winter Park we would definitely try to stay at this property again. The location is amazing, easy walk to all of the good restaurants and bus stop to skiing is a 3 to 4 minute walk.

Family Fun

This is a great place to stay in Winter Park. It is within walking distance of downtown and was easy to find. It was wonderful to have three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The place is clean, wonderfully decorated and dog-friendly. The only downside was that it was an unusually hot weekend and there was no air conditioning.

Great winter park condo

Beautiful Spot

Great place, but it is in the middle of an active construction site. Early start of construction noise, 7 AM, during the week and on Saturday. Compressors, bobcats and a lot of backing up beeps. Also, a knob is missing on the washing machine.

This was a comfortable, clean, and lovely place that I would be happy to return to again. The location is great being so close to park, river trail and downtown. We had ages 7-56 and a dog. We enjoyed hot tub. Only draw back would be if you had mobility problems, there are lots of stairs

Spring Skiing

This property worked well for 7 of us to get in spring skiing. This condo was very clean and spacious for all of us. The living area fit us all well and we cooked most every day and had all the cookware we needed. This is also close to bus stops to resort and easy walkable to downtown Winter Park. Hot tub worked great after day on slopes. Host was very responsive in answering all our questions. Great stay for us all!

Great condo in the heart of Winter Park

Property was as described and we enjoyed how close it was to the large park and walking trails for our dog. Our kids loved the bunkbed room and the hot tub. I had to do work for a portion of the day and the internet worked very well. Overall, very happy with our stay and hoping to go back again next year.
