Guests have full access to the entire apartment and amenities for the entire duration of their stay.

***Minimum age to book is 25.
- A selfie holding your license is required for verification
- Keyfob replacement fee $200
- Parking pass replacement fee is $150
- Since the amenities are managed by the community, we are not responsible for pool and/or gym closures.
*Please do not disturb the leasing office staff. Violation will result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

We allow pets under 40 pounds, and the pet fee is $100 for the first pet & $75 for the second, with a maximum of two pets.

*Pets are not allowed on furniture

If excessive pet hair is found on furniture at checkout, an additional $200 fee will be charged.

NOTE: We are not responsible and will not provide a refund for Pool Closures.

Parking is "first-come, first-served" and is registered upon check-in. There are 3 parking lots, 2 of which are very large.
