„We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Guest House Apartment. It was exactly as it was depicted online. The layout, design, and furnishings were very nice and quite contemporary. Our host Maddie was very welcoming which helped to make our stay more than a pleasant one. We would not hesitate to stay again. „My husband and I were in town to watch our son play all week in the BodyArmor State Baseball games. Great location for UNCG and the Grasshoppers Stadium. Host were very quick to respond and meet every need. Definitely recommend! “

„Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV. There were two lights burnt out in the kitchen which made it a bit tough to see while cooking at night. Lots of towels, blankets and a washer/dryer combo. Will stay here again and I highly ...
