Pensionen in Windermere finden

„The historic building is fabulous, the atmosphere great, it's the pole position in Windermere, great view on the lake. I wonder if it is necessary that during the summer season the building is under construction. With scaffoldings in front of the windows, some parts of the building beside the entrance in bad condition, and even a corridor we had to pass everyday was stuffed with furniture, cardboard boxes ... This is not the atmosphere for holidays. Due to repairs on some wires, the internet ...

„Das Hotel liegt in schöner Umgebung, könnte aber eine Auffrischung vertragen. Schlecht war, dass nachts zwischen 11.30 Uhr und 2.00 Uhr ein Generator oder Trockner lief, der die Nachtruhe erheblich beeinträchtigte.“

„Lovely property by the river with a spacious room with a balcony overlooking it. Super comfy bed. Modern bathroom with a nice tub, underfloor heating and great L’occitane products. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were super friendly. Parking was available at the property free of charge which was definitely a plus.“

„Rustikale charmante Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück“

We stayed in a room named Helvellyn and Expedia didn’t state any issues with any rooms. If we had booked direct with the queens head it details the room helvellyn as having issues with noise etc due to it’s proximity to the kitchen. I think Expedia have been misleading not detailing the facts about that particular ...
