„Stayed at the 3 horseshoes as a mid way break on our way up To The Lake District for an wedding, hotel is clean and comfortable, bar is well stocked and they weren’t Charing rip off prices, the restaurant was very good , wide range of food available, we were joined by our daughter and 6 year old granddaughter for dinner , the staff were really accommodating with us changing time of meal … even though they seemed a bit under pressure as they had a wedding taking place …“

„We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Ideally located for our Alton Towers trip. Lots of nice restaurants in Leek too. Apartment was very comfortable, beds comfy too with crisp white linen and towels. Good instructions for entry. Some more information about bins etc would have been good. WiFi was a bit iffy at times but didn’t hugely impact on us. Connection instructions weren’t correct but we worked it out eventually. Would consider staying again when next visiting Alton Towers. “

„This Hilton has rooms which are clean and quiet, beds are good but no option to ventilate the room. The restaurant facilities can’t be worse: at opening time of the restaurant we ordered food and 10 minutes later you are told to order something else because they ran out of it. As we had chosen something else, the response was: “Is THAT all, you want nothing else?” In a very arrogant way. Then they even expect a tip afterwards. During Checkout, the receptionists were unable to produce an invoice. ...
