Welcome to an inviting & updated 1BR unit (sleeps 4) in the HEART of Whistler Village, the sought-after Bear Lodge! Located right along the Village Stroll in the CENTER of everything. No need for a vehicle, walk to everything in the Village in under 5 mins

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

You will not find anywhere more convenient- no need to bring a car! The Town Plaza situated right on the Village stroll features a front desk, ski lockers, bike storage and secure parking*. A hot tub is located in the lobby of the building.

Enjoy shopping, dining and entertainment at your doorstep. A short walk to both mountain gondolas as well as the Whistler Conference Center makes the Town Plaza an ideal location for all travelers.

WALK into your Whistler Village oasis! After a long day on the slopes, browsing the shops and eating ALL the delicious neighborhood food; come and put your feet up by the fireplace and enjoy a hot cup of cocoa with your significant other or your small family.

Our unit is a 1 Bedroom (Queen) with a pull-out couch (sleeps 2) that sleeps 4 people comfortably. Equipped with a FULL kitchen, bathroom, Wifi, TV and Netflix (you must sign in into your own accounts); you'll never want to leave.

GUEST COMFORT
Enjoy the fireplace, Plush bath towels and soft sheets are a must for our guests. Enjoy luxury and convenience when you stay with us!

PARKING
We have a secure underground parking lot. Parking is $25 a night for each vehicle. You will just need to register your vehicle with the front desk and obtain access to the parking garage. Also located in the underground secured parking lot at Whistler Town Plaza, Bear Lodge, there is Free charging for guests of Town Plaza. Two chargers are available one Tesla Destination, and one J1772.

CHECK-IN
Check-in through the Deer Lodge (Whistler Town Plaza) located at 4314 Main St. The front desk operates daily from 9 am – 10 pm. If you need to check in after hours, call the front desk phone number provided in your check-in email and they will come to check you in within 15 minutes. You are welcome to park in the 15-minute free hotel check-in parking spot on Main Street while you get checked in.

Guests will enter the home with a key card given by the front desk.

LAUNDRY

HOT TUB
The hot tub is OPEN for guests' use from 10 am-10 pm.

Guests have access to the Hot Tub, Gym, and Laundry as all communal areas. You also have your private patio.

We will be available by text, email, or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course, we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.

You can walk anywhere you need to go (including the ski lifts!). There is no need for a car but park underground with us for your stay if required. Taxi loop and Bus transit are just a 5-minute walk away and can take you anywhere you would like to go. There is also a free shuttle available on specific routes

PLEASE NOTE:

Additional visitor parking in the building and Bike storage is first come first served and not guaranteed.

There may be noise in the evening coming from the bar "Garfinkles" across the street. This unit is RIGHT in the Village which allows for amazing convenience, but we want our guests to know about this before booking.

This entire property is NON SMOKING.

Complimentary linen changeover provided in the middle of your stay for stays of more than 14 days.

We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied.

**Please note the following updates regarding the Fitness Room and Hot Tub during the summer of 2025:

Fitness Room: It will be closed on April 7th and will reopen in mid-November 2025.

Hot Tub & Changing Rooms: These will be closed from April 22nd with a planned reopening by mid-November 2025, though the exact date is not confirmed.

Eagle Lodge Construction: Demolition work will begin April 22nd, and construction noise may be heard during approved contractor hours throughout the summer.

While signage will be posted for your convenience, we want to make sure you're fully aware of these temporary changes before booking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding as Strata works to improve the property.

The Bike Storage Room and Bike Storage Areas will be undergoing refurbishment .The work will start on April 15 and is expected to last 4–6 weeks.
Please an alternative place to store your bike during the refurbishment period.

If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren't available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.

About The House

Access:
You MUST check in with Whistler Town Plaza reception to gain initial access to the suite and to park your vehicle. Please park in front of Deer Lodge located at 4314 Main St. There is free 15 minute parking for guest check in (and they are liberal about the 15 minutes) or it is $1 to park for an hour anywhere else on Main Street. The condo is located in the Town Plaza complex located at 4314 Main St, Whistler BC in the Bear Lodge building. The entry door to the elevator and suite is located in between Eddie Bauer & Billabong on “Village Stroll”. The front door is accessed via key card obtained by the front desk upon check in.

TV:
Use the Roku remote to turn on TV on/off. Go to home. Can choose cable/netflix. Cable box must be on for cable. Use top right button on shaw remote to turn cable on, box will light up blue.

Coffee and Teas:
There are coffee and teas in the kitchen for your enjoyment

Fireplace and Heating:
Enjoy the gas fireplace heating as well as electric baseboard heating controlled by the thermostats located around the suite

Linens and Towels:
Linens/ pillows etc. for the pull out couch are in the master bedroom closet. Towels are provided under the bathroom sink

Kitchen:
When cooking, it is recommended to turn on the microwave hood fan and open a nearby window. The smoke detector is very sensitive and easily triggered.

Ski Locker:
Thankfully you don’t need to lug your gear up and down stairs or elevators! Straight ahead as you enter the building is the door to the ski lockers. Ours is Number 206 and the combination to the lock is 26-52-26. It is not permitted to bring your skis and/or snowboards up to the condo.

Parking:
Parking passes are given out by the front desk when you check in and current parking rates are $15 per vehicle per night.
You MUST use the door entry key card obtained through reception after check in to gain entry to the parking for Bear Lodge
You MUST be parked inside of the gated area for Bear Lodge.
Do NOT park in any stall that is marked reserved.
You MUST display the parking permit provided on check-in on your vehicle for the entire duration of your stay. If you are not able to access the residential floors via the elevator, you are not in the correct parking area. The public parking in the middle of the garage is not part of the Whistler Town Plaza. Parking there without payment will result in a ticket or tow.

Garbage:
Garbage cans are located under the kitchen sink and in washrooms. If you need to empty out excess garbage during your stay (or when you check out), please locate the garbage disposal locations in the parkade. There are signs to direct you or contact the front desk to locate them.

Safety:
There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink. The smoke detectors are hooked up with carbon monoxide detectors as well.

The condo is lovely. The view from the window is very pretty. The location was a bit further than the pin indicated which was disappointing. It should be clearly stated that the hot tub is in a completely different building so is not really that easily accessible, also very disappointing.
