The Palm Beach Getaway is a brand new home, built in 2023, featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy the comforts of modern living with the added touch of classic design. Each room is thoughtfully decorated, and with Smart TVs in each room and Wifi, you can stay entertained and connected throughout your stay. The living room offers plenty of seating for relaxation and entertainment. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a washer/dryer on site. The hot tub will be your sanctuary after a day of exploration, providing a soothing respite amidst lush greenery.

Explore and Discover: Our location is a gateway to the city. Explore nearby Clematis Street lined with restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. It`s a great place to stroll, dine, and experience the city`s nightlife. Immerse yourself in nature at the beaches, botanical gardens, and zoos. Guests have full access to the home, front and backyard plus all the amenities including hot tub, outdoor patio, and mini golf. Amenities are NOT shared with guests from ‘Palm Beach Cottage’ which is behind property.

Superhost lives locally and is available via text, email or phone. Preferred method of contact is through AirBnB platform.

Parking located on private driveway in front of home with space for 2 cars.

Private vehicle or rental car needed to explore city but Uber/Lyft also available.

Brightline West Palm Beach Train station 5 mins away connecting you to Miami and Orlando.

The property does feature a detached cottage found behind the property. Each home has been provided its own separate entrance, patio area, amenities, and visual separation, for your privacy.

Rental Age Policy: We want everyone to have the pleasure of enjoying our home; however, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home AND be present at the home the entire stay.
