„Thank you for the stay and for being so accommodating.“

„The place is a dump. It was dirty with food underneath furniture, mold in the refrigerator, rust stains anllnover the outside and paper towels filling out holes in the ceiling next to a fixture. Not sure how this passes a fire hazard inspection. The garden is unkept and the was litter lying around the AC unit. Just disgusting.“

„Our place was clean, comfortable & well stocked. The king bed very comfortable. All our needs were met.Perfect place for a couple.“

„Thank you to this amazing host, for providing an amazing experience. The place was clean, ideal for a quick stay, adorable little home, affordable as well. I appreciate the host going out of their way and returning an item I left behind and making sure I got it back. The check in went smooth and check out as well, it all went well overall. I’d look forward to staying again if I’m ever in need of a place in the area.“

„Easy to communicate with the host. Unit was clean and comfortable.“

„There was debris on the floor when we arrived which I cleaned up. I let the host know and he sent a cleaning person. Later that evening the kitchen flooded due to a leak above in the backdoor in the kitchen. I also cleaned that up and put towels down. I let the host know and he offered no compensation or apology. This was not worth the price paid to stay for one night.“

„Very convenient for my dog. Nice neighborhood “

„What a charming place to stay! They take their gator theme seriously and the decor is perfect! Access to the property was simple and close enough to everything we planned to do. Eric was quick to reply to all questions and take care of our requests!“

„The property was very quiet and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay here again the next time we are in the area.“

„We absolutely loved our stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The backyard was the highlight of the trip—it had everything we needed to relax and have fun, including a beautiful pool, games, and TVs for entertaining. It was the perfect place for our girls' weekend getaway. Can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay!“

„Host was great. Very helpful and available answering questions.“

„This stylish beach house is in a great location! Not far from several major beaches and cities but without the congestion of the busy city!! It was such a cozy spot for us for our summer vacation. Lisa was great and very responsive anytime I messaged her!“

„Really nice property at an affordable price! It was very spacious, very large kitchen and living room, very comfortable bedrooms. My kids could each have a bed, which is important. :) The laundry is free - not true everywhere we've stayed. Everything inside was nice looking and clean. Easy to access. We were only there two nights, didn't try walking, but it was very close to a grocery store and shops. It is by a train track and one morning we heard a train around 7 AM briefly. But very ...

„I still waiting for the deposit to be credited to my account. It was charged twice and only one was corrected. I left the house about a month ago.“
