"Had a fantastic stay at the Mulia. The service was warm, professional and efficient. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of.
Junior suite was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The executive lounge on the 38th floor was beautiful with expansive views of the city.
Overall, great experience and I highly recommend! "

"The hotel lobby was in nice condition but upon seeing the room, we would’ve cancelled if possible. There are holes in the wall, stains on the sheets and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Would not recommend. "
