Our apartment is complete with a full-size kitchen, bathroom, cable TV, laundry room, fresh linens, towels, air conditioning, wide driveway, and free WiFi. We will provide some FREE complimentary snacks. This apartment is ideal for single travelers, couples, and can accommodate up to three people.
The space
Due to the COVID-19, our laundry room and cleaning services are not available during your stay. The laundry room will only be available for guests who will stay 30+ days (once per week)

Guest access
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy while on your stay. The kitchen is amazing if you want to cook! Our kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner stove and oven, silverware, dishes, wine glasses, microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
The living room is spacious and a bathroom is excellently kept. Our unit features a Queen size bed for two and a couch/futon ( 66in x 41in or 168cm x104cm) that could fit another person.
We have a long, wide, and gated driveway where you can park your boat (extra charges may apply), car or any other motor vehicles. Also, the boat ramp is one minute away from our house, where you can spend some time watching and feeding a SWANS or just chilling and fishing. The property is less than a mile away from white sanded beaches and from "The Haven" Outlet Mall that expected to be completed late 2021. Please note, that our apartments are located on the SECOND FLOOR and we do not have an elevator =). While staying with us, you will receive a clean and safe unit where you can easily relax or focus on work.

We have a Bernese Mountain Dog. The breed is extremely quiet, so she won't bother you.
