The setting with the nearby water, trees, wild flowers and wildlife (deer, birds, rabbits, etc) was serene and restful. „We stayed at Patrick’s place for two days and can only recommend it. Not only was it cheaper for us than most of the hotels around, it was ideally located to explore Long Island and we had the privacy and space of staying in a local, residential area. The apartment itself was great, much bigger than anticipated, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a comfy bed. We would definitely stay again.“

„Place was great for our long weekend stay in New Haven. Apartments four bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything to meet our needs. Two bathrooms a blessing for our group of five. „stay was great. Check-in couldn't have been easier. The apartment is gorgeous--the pictures, especially the one of the living room, are deceptive, so it was a very nice surprise. „Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!“

Unfortunately it is very difficult to sleep in the rooms on the side away from Yale on Friday and Saturday nights. There were a lot of loud noises from parties and car meets.
