The pullout sofa, even though requested, was not prepared nor were there sufficient bed sheets. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay. “

It’s far enough on the outskirts of Denver to avoid the major traffic but close enough to get to the city easily. We went to Pikes Peak and Rocky Mountain National Park without any difficulty. „Front is fenced and accommodating for pets but dog pooh from previous guest isn’t getting picked up, the yard also has cigarette butts scattered about as well along with other debris. Home is tidy and appears clean at first glance but it really needs a deep clean. Window blinds are really dirty and I’m not sure the oven has ever been cleaned.
