„Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. „The house is very comfortable with a large open garage that easily accommodated our full size SUV. The property is pet friendly so we had our 9 pound shorky with us who also loved the property as it had a fenced back yard and access to the back yard right from the kitchen through the sliding glass door. The property has two hang out areas which worked well as my wife and I could each be in a separate location working remotely during the day and then decide where to hang out at night. „Overall this place was fine, although we found it unclear that there would be another renter in the lower level. While there is a separate outdoor entrance and yard, there is not a door between the upstairs and basement. „A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. „First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. “
