Welcome to Ben’s View Lake House, the ultimate destination for families and groups looking to create lasting memories. Our spacious 5,260 square foot home, featuring two fully-equipped kitchens, is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for large gatherings.

• 7 Days: $1,000 (12-hour total run time)
• Extra Hours: $75/hour
• Refundable Deposit: $500

All rentals include a full tank of gas and must be returned with at least a 1/4 tank.

Rental Requirements
• Must be 21+ to operate any watercraft (valid driver’s license required)
• Prior experience operating a boat or jet ski is required
• Liability waiver must be signed before rental

Deposit Information
All deposits are fully refundable if the equipment is returned in the same condition it was received.
