Guests have access to the finished lower level, with shared access to the front door and main level hallway, shared access to the patio through the main level kitchen and shared access to the patio attached to the kitchen, backyard fire pit and reading garden.

Whether you’re looking for a multi-day stay in a central location or just passing through, Custom Rustic has everything you need with over 600 sq. ft of space .

1 Queen bed and a twin sleeper sofa, and a twin-sized roll-away bed Sleep 4 comfortably with space for a queen air mattress upon request. (All bedding, linens, and pillows are provided and sanitized between each guest).

Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Pot (reg & decaf coffee plus tea included)
All condiments are included as well as the following snacks at no cost:
- chips
- jerky

- instant oatmeal cups
- Kraft Mac-n-Cheese cups

This is an owner occupied property and guests will need to navigate stairs to use the space. This is NOT a pet friendly space. We are both allergic so there are no exceptions.

Guests will enter using the keypad on the front door. Proceed down the short hallway and turn right to access the stairs to the lower level. **You must be able to navigate stairs.**

The lower level also features a private full bathroom with standup shower (towels included), living area with loveseat that has a twin pullout bed if needed, dining/work area, and a rustic bar with two stools.


***Shared access to the main level kitchen is available for stays of 6 or more nights****

****shared Wash machine and dryer available on the main level upon request, but only during evening hours as they are located in my home “office”.*****

**Driveway parking is available for one vehicle - you will see cones in the driveway- please park directly in front of the cones.***

**Please use the front door for entering or exiting - unless you are using the backyard. Please do not exit through the garage. ****
