I arrived an hour before my room was ready and the nice guy at reception had to take my chimichanga in back to heat. He did so with a smile, but I wished I could have done it myself.â

âThe room was large and comfortable with a kitchenette. I had the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel - the mattress was wonderful! Having the check-out time at 12:00 allowed me to have a leisurely morning which extended my time away. I really enjoyed it.
Also, the gal at the front desk (I didn't get her name) who had just come in for her shift on Sunday at about 8:00 was EXCELLENT and very pleasant. She is an asset to your business.

The only thing I did not like was, we had our two cats with us and the hotel required us to follow the one person had to be the room with our cats at all times. We were in Lacey looking to buy a home and putting the cat item plus the cats in our car to look at homes was a major problem. When we wanted to go out to eat we had to take the cats with us.â
