This home is set up for short and long term stays. Most people that book the home stay for lengthy periods of time. There is a full size washer and dryer, a full size refrigerator and 3smart televisions (one in each bedroom and second living room).

There are three actively recording cameras at the home. All cameras are on the exterior of the property

Absolutely No Smoking or Partying or there will be a $500 penalty imposed if this house rule is ignored. There is a strict NO PARTY and Smoking policy. Thanks for your understanding. Pets allowed on a case by case basis

- Never give the lockbox code to anyone besides authorized guests. (Authorized guests are up to 7 guests specifically named during booking).

• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the space, but it can be done in outdoor areas. If any smoking is detected in the house, there will be an additional $500 penalty for the additional cleaning fee.
