The Space:

This beautifully designed DC row home offers the perfect stay for families or groups of friends seeking comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of the city. After a full day of exploring Washington, unwind in the spacious living room, where you can enjoy a movie night or simply relax and recharge. Missing your exercise routine? Take a class on the peloton bike in the 3rd bedroom. The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, whether it’s a quick breakfast before sightseeing or a cozy dinner in. A gorgeous outside space is the perfect place to unwind. The home comfortably sleeps up to five guests with the following configuration:



-Main Bedroom: Queen bed (sleeps 2)



-Second Bedroom: Queen bed (sleeps 2)



-Third Bedroom: Twin bed (sleeps 1)



A convenient half bath is complemented by a full bathroom featuring a stunning marble tub, designed to make you feel like royalty after a day in the city. The third bedroom has a Peleton so you can make sure to be caught up with your workouts! You’ll be perfectly positioned to experience everything Washington, DC has to offer. Guests can reach the steps of the U.S. Capitol in just 24 minutes, making this the ideal home base for exploring the Nation’s Capital.



A convenient bus stop is located just two minutes away on foot, providing easy access to key destinations throughout the city. The Stadium Armory Metro Station (serving the Orange, Silver, and Blue Lines) is less than a five-minute walk, allowing you to navigate DC quickly and efficiently. For even more flexibility, the Potomac Avenue Metro Station, also on the Orange, Silver, and Blue Lines is just a pleasant 15-minute stroll away.



If you prefer a more active way to explore, several Capital Bikeshare stations are within easy walking distance, offering hourly rentals at excellent rates.
