For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
• HVAC
The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, the system is managed according to outdoor temperatures.
• Personal Care & Cooking Essentials
To get your stay off to a great start, we provide basic personal care and cooking supplies for your first few nights, so you won’t have to worry about running out to stock up right away. From toiletries to kitchen staples, we’ve got you covered!
The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind! 💦 Access comes with a 10USD daily fee, and you’ll receive wristbands after payment to enter.
⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun! 🏖️💫
