„The apartment was freezing cold and it took hours to get it comfy. The receptionist was slightly confused. I expected free parking, however, it is 6€/day.“

„The room smells clean as you come in, always a great start. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are ensuite with a little kitchen area, all decorated differently. We had a little table to eat at as well. Chocolates and home made Welsh cakes with milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Self check in with a pin code key box. Building felt secure. Great views of the hills from the top room. Street parking available just outside the front door. A couple of convenience stores very close. Great location for visiting ...

„I'm sure I could have given 5 stars for everything had we been able to stay. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. Said problem had something to do with booking through Wotif. Took 3 hours to reach a solution which in the end was finding us another property to stay in. That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful.“

„I had an excellent 4 night stay here. A well-equipped apartment, very quiet (important to me) and convenient. The employees were very helpful also. If I had to mention one thing, only small and not a complaint as such, but please provide a washing-up bowl or plug for the sink. If someone doesn't have enough washing up to do to use the dishwasher, how are you supposed to wash up? Thank you. Highly recommended.“
