„Everything ok“

„Restaurant closed very early, there was no way to get any food. Elevator at the front door didn't work properly. Then they gave ma a room that was the most far away room you can imagine although I had super heavy luggage and despite the fact that the hotel wasn't booked out. The room was not heated and super cold. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. When I had breakfast and walked away to get a second coffee someone put a bottle with cleaning detergent on my bench and didn't show up anymore. ...

„The staff were brilliant especially one of the Receptionists who phoned me to say I had left my card there andthey were keeping it for me. She was incredible. Thank you to her and the staff who made our stay so absolutely great. The views from the balcony over the bay were superb and the breakfast was defintely one of the best that my sister in law and I have ever experienced. So much choice and quality and wonderful staff.
